What We do
Montreal Projects
Our portfolio showcases high-quality residential renovations and structural work, completed with a focus on precision, durability, and attention to detail. From bathrooms and kitchens to full interior upgrades, each project reflects a hands-on approach and high-end finishes.
Old Montreal – Bathroom Project
A heritage-focused bathroom transformation in Old Montreal. This project emphasized preserving architectural elements while integrating cutting-edge plumbing and sleek, minimalist finishes for a timeless, high-end feel.
Pierfonds – Kitchen and Bathrooms Project
A large-scale project in Pierfonds that involved a full kitchen remodel and updates to three secondary bathrooms. We improved functional flow by removing non-structural walls and upgraded all surfaces with durable, modern materials suitable for a busy family house.
Pierfonds – Basement Renovation
Focused on structural integrity and space optimization, this basement renovation transformed a storage area into a family suite. We conducted significant structural reinforcement to allow for wider spans and integrated a sub-floor drainage system for long-term durability.
Beaconsfild – Bathroom Renovation
A high-end bathroom renovation in Beaconsfield featuring a custom-built vanity and stone tile surplus. We focused on precise finishing and water management systems to create a durable, spa-like environment for the homeowners.
Rental Unit Renovation – Pie-IX
Practical renovation of a rental unit on Pie-IX boulevard. We selected cost-effective yet high-impact finishes to refresh the living space, ensuring the unit met modern rental market standards while maintaining low maintenance requirements.

1998–03
River House – Highland, New York
Architect: Nancy Copley | Role: Carpenter
A reinforced concrete structure and wood frame built directly on bedrock atop a cliffside overlooking the Hudson River. This project demanded precision in extreme site conditions.
This landmark residential build required meticulous attention to the interface between reinforced concrete and heavy timber framing. Our work involved complex mitering of custom-milled beams and the navigation of high-elevation logistics, ensuring the structure merged seamlessly with the rugged cliffline of the Hudson River.
